Hiriketiya Bay is shaped like a horseshoe. Pavana sits above it, perched on the hillside with two acres of tropical garden between the villa and the sand. The walk to the beach takes about a minute through a private gate at the bottom of the property. The walk back up takes slightly longer, because the view keeps stopping you.

Does Pavana Hiriketiya have direct beach access?
Yes. A private gate at the bottom of the garden opens onto Hiriketiya Beach. The walk takes about one minute.
How many guests can Pavana Hiriketiya accommodate?
The villa sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms, all ensuite. A child's sleeping nook in the master suite provides additional flexibility for families.
Is an in-house chef included in the rate?
Yes. The villa comes with a dedicated chef who prepares meals from a suggested menu or tailors dishes to your preferences, including dietary requirements and children's meals. Grocery costs are covered separately by guests.
How far is Pavana Hiriketiya from Colombo airport?
Approximately three hours by car. The villa team can arrange airport transfers in advance to ensure a smooth arrival.
Is the villa suitable for families with young children?
Very much so. The villa is spread across two buildings, which gives families space and flexibility. The pool is centrally located and visible from multiple rooms. A baby cot is available on request. The beach is a one-minute walk and offers calm, shallow water at the western end of the bay.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?
