It sits on a quiet lane in Ahangama, 500 metres from Kabalana Beach, surrounded by tropical gardens and enough mature planting to make the south coast road feel like it belongs to a different town.

Absolutely. Kabalana Beach is a five-minute walk, with breaks for beginners and advanced surfers. Midigama's reef breaks are ten minutes by car. The villa team can arrange board rental, surf lessons, and transport to the breaks.
