Villa Santé is a beautiful boutique villa in Kalpitiya that blends the grandeur of a luxury, tailor-made, holiday home with that of the local landscape of palms, lagoons and sea front. It sits atop the Kappalady lagoon and is JUST a 100-150m  walk to the beach via a thin strip of land on the lagoon from the villa.

Designed by the renowned architect Hirante Welandawe, Villa Santé incorporates a skillful interplay of the indoors and outdoors to create a perfect setting for home away from home. Viewed aerially, the building holds a resemblance to a ship's wooden hull, which links in with the lagoon location.

Situated right atop the Kalpitiya Lagoon, the villa has easy access to both the tranquil beach and Kite Surfing (April to October).

The rooms vary in composition but are all spacious and feature private terraces and stunning views of both lagoon and ocean. The two ground floor rooms feature private garden terraces, and oversized bathrooms with ceiling showers. The three top floor rooms come with private balconies and two of the three come equipped with bath tubs.
