When you make a booking with Ceylon Haven you will be assigned a dedicated account manager who will help you find the perfect property for your needs and be available to assist should you have any questions during the booking process, before your check – in and throughout your stay.

Payment terms vary depending on your chosen property. Payment can be made via our secure online payment portal by Credit, Debit or American Express Cards. We also offer the facility to pay via bank transfer, if you decide this option is for you let us know and we will forward the relevant information.

All our properties are child friendly, however it is the responsibility of the child’s parents or guardian present to ensure proper safety precautions are taken near open water e.g. a swimming pool or the ocean.

No problem, each properties policy varies slightly but we aim to be as flexible as possible. Should you need to make any changes contact your account manager via phone or email and they will be more than happy to assist.

Your booking with Ceylon Haven is confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation via email. This booking confirmation will act as your check in document when you arrive at your chosen property. Where required this confirmation can be sent by post when the Sri Lankan postal services return to normalcy.
Make sure to check the junk or spam folder of your inbox, if you are still unable to locate your confirmation contact us on hello@ceylonnhaven.com and we will resend it immediately.
Of course, should you need to check in to your villa outside of the designated check in times make your Ceylon Haven Account Manager aware of your estimated arrival time and they will make the necessary arrangements.
Your specific booking conditions which include your cancellation policy will be included as part of your booking confirmation. We aim to be as flexible as possible, where you need to cancel your booking contact your Ceylon Haven Account Manager directly and they will be able to walk you through the required steps.
