Tres Villa in Matara is situated towards the southern tip of the Island just beyond the town of Matara and is one of the most beautiful and inviting beach villas in the South.

The ground floor includes two bedrooms with individual en-suites.  The Poolside bedroom opens up to the living room with views over the pool and garden that extend to the Indian Ocean, which is literally at your door step.

With a separate entrance from the verandah, the Courtyard bedroom enjoys the privacy of its own open air courtyard, ideal for relaxing over a book and cup of tea, or showering off after a late afternoon swim in the sea.

Upstairs is the Loft, a unique and spacious open plan living area with its own external entrance which is perfect for a young family – or a great space for the kids to bunk while the parents enjoy the privacy of downstairs!  With views overlooking the pool, beach and ocean, the Loft is a real gem that makes this beach house in the South distinct from your typical “tropical villa”.

The property is perched above a secluded beach that is accessed from a private staircase in the property's coconut grove.  The beach is one of the most popular in the area for surfing with its clean waves breaking over sandbars just a short paddle from the shore.

With markets in Matara selling locally caught seafood and fresh produce, along with modern supermarkets, the staff can prepare memorable spreads for your breakfast, lunch and dinner.

There is wifi available throughout the house. DVD players and sound systems are also available.

The rate is on a Villa only basis. Other meals at Tres Villa can be ordered off their menu and paid for directly at the property.
