Lunuganga BENTOTA
Lunuganga began in 1948 as a disused rubber estate on a promontory over Dedduwa Lake, and became, over the following four decades, the life's work of the architect who would go on to define modern Sri Lankan design. Geoffrey Bawa never really finished it. He kept adjusting sightlines, adding pavilions, and moving garden ornaments for the rest of his life, and the estate that survives him reads less like a finished property than a private experiment left running, one that guests are now invited into rather than simply shown around.

House Rules
- Minimum age for primary guest: 18 years
- Children of all ages are welcome
- No smoking inside guest rooms
- No events or functions without prior approval
- No pets permitted

- Check-in from 2:00 PM
- Check-out by 11:00 AM
- Breakfast included, continental and à la carte
- The garden is also open for day tours by non-staying visitors at scheduled times
- Ena House can be booked as an exclusive three-bedroom villa
- Private airport and rail transfers can be arranged in advance
Cancellation policy
- Cancel at least 30 days before your check-in date for a 50% refund
- Cancel within 30 days of your check-in date and the booking is non-refundable
